ORDERS
Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and a Shipping Confirmation email: both emails at the very top have a status widget, you can click the widget and you will be re-directed to your order status page.
Please allow approximately 1-24 hours for the processing and shipping of all orders.
Orders placed Noon EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday and on the following days: President’s Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
Ordering on gadecosmetics.com is simple:
- Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your Shopping Bag.
- Access your MyAccount section, create a new account or continue as a “New Customer”.
- Type in the shipping address or change/confirm the shipping information if it has already been provided in a previous order.
- Select the shipping service, enter the payment information and confirm the order.
- The package is then prepared for shipping.
The " out of stock " label means that a product or a particular color or shade is currently unavailable. We invite you to check the website regularly for product availability.
To change a shipping address or add an address other than the billing address, all you need to do is uncheck the “The shipping address matches the billing address” checkbox during the checkout process. You may be able to type in and save multiple shipping addresses.
Creating a MyAccount profile you will be able to save and manager a list of different shipping addresses.
If you have created a MyAccount profile you will be able to check your order status into the “My Orders” section.
On the other side if you choose to complete an order via the "New Customer” guest checkout you won’t be able to check your order status.
You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchasing process. Once an order is confirmed, you can no longer make any changes to it.
You can choose to cancel your order within 1 hour of confirmation by accessing the "My Orders” section within your MyAccount profile.
Orders that have left the warehouse cannot be canceled, for more information and assist you can send email to customerservice@gadecosmetics.com.

PAYMENTS
You can pay either by using your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or by PayPal.
Payments on the Ga-de cosmetics website are secure and risk-free.
All information is transferred encrypted through an SSL certificate and therefore cannot be intercepted by outside parties.
When you enter your order on the Ga-de cosmetics website you will receive an exclusive request to authorize the payment of the amount indicated.
The authorization does not imply that the money has been debited, but simply that the corresponding amount has been set aside. When the order is delivered to the shipper, the correct amount will be debited to the credit card.
This guarantees that the credit card is charged only upon actual shipment of the items and, in the case of partially completed orders, only for the amount corresponding to the products that have actually been shipped.
PayPal is a quick and secure payment system. Once payment through PayPal is completed, the purchaser will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can access their account by entering a personal e-mail address and password.
After registration, payments can be made through PayPal without having to re-enter the information for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay through PayPal, the amount is debited directly from the designated credit or debit card.
PayPal safeguards the purchaser's information so that no financial information is divulged. PayPal will send a confirmation e-mail for each transaction performed using this method.
The amount of the order of will be debited to your PayPal account when the order is processed. In the event of a cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail right after the parcel has been shipped from GA-DE Cosmetics warehouse.
Once the invoice is issued, you will no longer be able to change the information.
If your payment was not accepted, this may be due to various reasons, including:
- Your credit card might not be among the accepted cards, which are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- The type, number and CVV security code on the credit card or the valid-to date were not entered correctly.
- Your card has expired.
- Your Bank declined your transaction for various reasons unknown to us.
ACCOUNT AND NEWSLETTER
Creating an Account is very simple:
- Click on "Register".
- Fill in the form, read out the contact policies checkbox and then click on "Next".
If you are about to complete an order, you may be able to create a profile during the purchase process.
Creating a MyAccount profile is easy and:
- You will have access to exclusive deals, special events and personalized tips.
- You will be able to complete online orders quickly and easily through your address book.
- You will be able to check the status of your orders in real time and manage your data in a simple, straightforward way.
To manage your data, visit your profile page in the MyAccount section and select the data you want to edit.
Don't worry, you can easily retrieve a new password:
- Click on "Login" and then on "Forgotten your password?".
- Type in your email address and then click on "Send email".
- You will receive an email with a new password.
For security reasons we recommend you to change the system-generated password you will receive via email.
Sign up and you will be always up-to-date about new products, offers and special events, all you need to do is to check the “I wish to receive communications from Ga-de cosmetices” checkbox.
You may also be able to set your newsletter subscription in the MyAccount section.

PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
To use a promotional code, type it into the Shopping Bag page.
If your code is correct, the amount and/or content of the Shopping Bag will be recalculated based on the promotion applied.
Each promotional code has specific rules regarding its use, such as the validity period, the minimum amount of the order, or the type of products purchased and the fact that it cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
The codes are case sensitive so we recommend copying and pasting voucher codes to guarantee that the code is accepted.
No, promotional codes which entitle you to a discount are applied only to the amount of the products and do not include the shipping costs.
ANIMAL TESTING
At GA-DE cosmetics, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. We utilize the latest advances in non-animal safety testing to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers.
We do not test our products or ingredients on animals. Our Company remains dedicated to the elimination of animal testing on all cosmetic products and ingredients worldwide. We believe that animal testing should not be needed to validate safety of cosmetic products or ingredients.
